D, sludge drying

Sludge drying is a treatment method that uses artificial heat sources to deeply dehydrate sludge with industrial equipment. Although the direct result of sludge drying is the decrease of sludge moisture content (dehydration), compared with mechanical dewatering, its application purpose and effect All are very different.

So what's the matter with sludge power generation?

(1) Sludge and biogas power generation

Anaerobic fermentation of sludge produces biogas. The biogas produced is recycled into the biogas tank and can be used for power generation at any time; after fermentation in the anaerobic tank, the sludge enters the dehydration machine room, and is transported out of landfill after centrifugal dehydration. After this process, the volume of sludge is reduced by 30%, and the content of organic matter is also greatly reduced.

(2) Power generation using sludge "fluidized bed" technology

The procedure of sludge "fluidized bed" power generation generally first dry the sludge (after drying, the calorific value of the sludge is equivalent to 1/3 of the standard coal calorific value), and use the "fluidized bed" technology to remove the sludge. What is the economic benefit of sludge power generation?

The heat of incineration of 10 tons of sludge is equivalent to the heat of 1.4 tons of standard coal. Each ton of sludge can generate 50 kWh, and the on-grid price per kilowatt-hour of electricity is about 0.5 yuan, so the income from power generation per ton of sludge is about 25 Yuan; For each ton of sludge treated, the sewage treatment plant pays about 80 yuan or government subsidies about 80 yuan, and the total income is about 105 yuan.
