working principle

The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag along with the filter, and the purified gas enters from the inside of the filter bag The upper box is discharged by the fan through the air duct. When the resistance of the filter bag rises to 1500-1800Pa, the pulse program controller will issue a command to release the compressed air at the moment the pulse valve is opened. The compressed air will flow into the filter bag at high speed through the small holes of the blowing pipe, and induce several times The secondary airflow of the compressed air generates an instantaneous shock wave, which causes the filter bag to expand and deform, and the dust collected on the outside of the filter bag falls off the filter bag to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Structural features
